If goods are in stock, we endeavour to send them out by the following business day.
If goods are not in stock, you will be contacted soon after your order is placed and we will advise of any potential delays.
Standard Mainland UK Shipping - £4.95
Surcharges may apply for NI, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Highlands of Scotland and the Channel Islands
Expected delivery 4-5 business days
Ireland - £15.00
Europe - £20.00
USA - £40.00

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your Wellington Boots, please feel free to return them.
You must return them unworn and in perfect saleable condition.
Returned goods will not be refunded if they are used or damaged

You must inform us of your wish to return your goods within 14 days. You can do this by emailing customerservice@amanita.co.uk

For all returns, please include your name and your order number

If the goods are faulty we may ask for photographic evidence

You then have a further 14 days in which to return your purchase

We cannot refund goods that are lost in transit

We do not operate free returns. You can return your goods at your own cost or we can mail you a prepaid returns label which costs £9.95
Once we have received your goods they will be fully inspected and we will notify you that they have been received. If your refund is approved, this will be processed and payment will be applied back to the original method of payment within 14 days.
